"Managing Others: The MO Profile: The Work Shop

Go to information on the 4 Core Competency Styles® work shops.
Contact WCI Press to schedule a MO Profile workshop.

Although designed as self contained learning experiences for individuals, The MO Profile work book is an effective tool for use in a group workshop. In these workshops, individuals get insight into 8 behavior areas essential to being a manager or supervisor. They also develop skills which let them develop accurate hunches about how each of their subordinates behaves in these 8 Competency Areas through observation and guided interpretation of behavior.

They acquire practice techniques that aid them in transferring these insights back to the job as effective "smart habits" that shape their future behavior when interacting with their subordinates.

The MO Profile: The Workshop workshop is effective in the following situations:

  1. for new managers and supervisors,
  2. as part of a professional development program intended focused on performance management, subordinate feedback, coaching and development.
